Our opening hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 8 am - 12 pm / 12:30 pm - 5 pm

Saturday: 10 am - 4 pm (continuously)

Holiday: by arrangement

Please feel free to call us to discuss the return.

Please do not return the goods to us without prior agreement.

Depending on the goods, we ship by parcel, personally with our own vehicles or through our partner logistics company.

We ship within Germany and across the entire European continent, including Turkey.

For this purpose we work together with European transport companies.

You can deliver to us Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturdays between 10 am and 4 pm continuously.

Holidays excluded.

Delivery is not possible before 8 am.

Delivery later than 5 p.m. is only possible with prior arrangement.
